Telehealth for weight loss,
hormones & wellness
A clearer path back to yourself.

Care begins with a clinical evaluation.
A licensed clinician reviews your history and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you.
Your HLY Medical Group clinician starts with the whole picture: how you feel, what your desired outcome is, and your labs when your care calls for them. Then your clinician, licensed in your state, builds a plan around you and refines it as you respond.
RESTORE · TRANSFORM · THRIVE describes the stages of care: evaluation, refinement, and ongoing follow-up with your clinician.

Where do you want to start?
Two places most people begin. You don't have to know which treatment you need.

It moves through three stages.
Start with the full picture. Labs, symptoms, and history, read together. Your first plan starts where you are — not where a template says you should be.
Refine what works. The plan is adjusted as needed, and progress is measured — the plan follows your response, not a calendar.
Stay on track. Re-testing and check-ins keep care current as your body — and your goals — change.
Here's what actually happens.
No waiting rooms, no insurance paperwork, no guessing what it costs.

We measure. We understand. We adjust.
Guessing is not a treatment plan. The Refuvia Baseline Panel looks at the markers related to weight, hormones, and metabolic health, and a licensed clinician reviews every result.
When re-testing is part of your protocol, your plan follows your numbers — not a first impression.
Every price, up front.
No membership fee. Shipping included. No insurance billing. Here's what care costs. A prescription is required. A licensed provider will determine whether treatment is appropriate for you.

Testing and everyday care, beyond weight and hormone care.

Start where it makes sense for you.
Pick the area you want to work on, or schedule an info call with the care team first. The care team answers general questions. It is not a medical visit or prescribing appointment.
