OUR APPROACH

A path back to feeling well.

Refuvia Wellness is personalized, physician-directed telehealth for people who want to feel and function better.

Where the name comes from.

Refuvia brings together “Refua” (also spelled “Refuah”), the Hebrew word for healing, and via, the Latin word for way or path. Together, they mean a path toward healing.

That’s what we’re here to offer: accessible, personalized care that helps you get to better health. Everyone’s journey is different, and we believe it should start with being heard, understanding your options, and having qualified support along the way.

How we practice.

Most online health companies sell one product and route everyone toward it. That works commercially, and it's a poor way to treat people.

01
Meet people where they are.
Not everyone arrives knowing what they need. Some arrive knowing exactly. Both should find the right thing quickly.
02
Listen, then measure.
Symptoms tell us where to look. Labs tell us what to do. We'd rather test than assume.
03
Explain the reasoning.
You should understand why a treatment was recommended, what it's expected to do, and what it costs, before you agree to it.
04
Stay with it.
Follow-up, dose adjustments, and re-testing are part of the plan. A prescription is the start of care, not the end of it.

How a plan actually gets built, and keeps getting better.

Care here isn't a single appointment that ends in a prescription. It's a loop, and it keeps turning for as long as you're with us.

Listen Measure Understand Personalize Treat Monitor Refine the loop keeps turning
01
Listen · What's going on, in your words, before anything else.
02
Measure · Labs where they apply, so the plan starts from data.
03
Understand · What your symptoms and your numbers mean together.
04
Personalize · A plan built for you, not picked from a menu.
05
Treat · Prescribed only where it's appropriate.
06
Monitor · Check-ins, and re-testing when it helps.
07
Refine · Adjust, and go round again.
The loop is the product. The prescription is one point on it.

A few things you won't get from us.
We won't hide prices. Every price is on this site, before you give us anything.
We won't charge you a membership to find out if we can help. The first conversation with the care team is free.
We won't prescribe what isn't appropriate. If a treatment isn't right for you, your clinician will say so.
We won't disappear after the first prescription. Follow-up and adjustments are part of the plan.
We won't sell research chemicals. Everything is prescribed and prepared by licensed pharmacies.
